HELP PLS with Artemia hatching

Hi guys, i am trying to hatch some artemia eggs, is nearly 48hrs and only few artemia are swimming around, but the eggs have "released" some white stuff goo, dunno what it could be, is it normal? i messed up? I took the water from my tank (1.025 salinity) i did the areator + bottle diy...but temperature is not optimal 22.5celsius (72F) ... her's a photo.,...any hint?

you shoudnt use tank water, it might contaminate the culture, use brand new water. And it should be very bubbly, more water activity provides better hatch rate in my experience.
