I just got some corals. Acro, hammer and gony.
The actopora have this little crab guy. Corals are now acclamating. Should I add this little guy to the display or remove it?

I would...... it’s his home. :)

Cool, a subject I can advise on. Been doing a lot of research and there is a crap species called trapezia acropora crab. It lives symbiotically with acropora and/or pocillopora corals. Leave it with its host, it won't survive without it (if that is what it is). The coral will do better with it as well.

Looks like trapezia sp. to me, they have commensal relationships with sps, some theorize it's actually more of a mutualistic relationship and that some species of trapezia feed on coral pests.

Well I was busy with geting things in to the tank. The acros bottom rock was leaking huge amount of black die. (Black Carbon it seems). I cleaned as much as can and put it. In that hurry I did not see what happned to the tiny crab.
I threw away the remaining water as I washed most of the black die off to that water.

Hopefully the little guy stuck to the acro to save its life and not in the aclamation countainer.
Just added those to the tank now.

Did the grey/black area have a funky sulphur smell to it? Is this a maricultured coral with a man made base?

Nope straight from sea to me. I mean dives got them like 2 days ago from sea and came a fish importer( sell coral fish to locals also if go and ask) today morning. I went there and picked it up in evening.

You can see the Black stuff on rocks near the acropora. Unfortunetly I can't see the little crab guy. He either got dumped inside tank or went out when i threw away the black water :(

Gotcha, just checking, reason I asked is because the man made disks they use with maricultured corals will come in with really foul smelling "hydrogen sulfide" producing black and grey areas probably due to sponge die off that can sometimes really irritate coral.

Even on WC corals rock, if you see a grey or black area and it smells funky/rotten eggs try to remove the coral from it and trash the base.
