Just like the tittle said i saw a bunch of these lil caterpillar pocket like thing across my liferock and its on my hob skimmer too, im not too sure if its flatworm or pods reproducing in tank (because ive seen a pod like creature crawling out of those caterpillar pocket). I can only take a picture of them on skimmer, its hard to take pics of them on liverock. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance!

I see pineapple sponge and spirobid worms - both reef safe

Thank you so much!
Idk how they ended up in my tank because i start with dry rock.
Should i try to scrape them out of my tank? As they are not very aesthetically pleasing, Or would that cost issue?
Both are reef safe.

The pineapple sponges are harmless filter feeder and typically will reduce their numbers as the tank ages.

Spirobid worms are reef safe, filter feeders and once coralline algae takes off their numbers will drop down.

Both can be removed with no harm to anything and left with no harm.

Both are also a sign the tank is doing well.

You remove. Easiest method is using edge of a credit card and net as you scrape them off
