Carbon, skim, and water changes. Maybe adjust your skimmer to skim wet but hopefully not overflow.

Always one more ? I have my clowns, star, and feather dusters in a supper small tank with an air stone should I put them back in, I have a puffer in my 37 gallon tank, I know the clowns will get a long, but the rest is just a snack LOL
