Hi, I bought this torch from my lfs about a week ago and the day before yesterday I notice one side of the edge is not opening with some dying tissue flow out. So I quickly took the torch out and dipped with iodine and revive, The rest of the sides are still opening nice and looking healthy, I just took the picture after I dipped which not fully open yet, I love my torch!!! Is it slowly going to die off?? Can I cut off that dead area only but it doesn’t seem like cuttable head to me.

If dipping it didn’t help, I’m not sure there is much else that you can do, unless you can get the affected area cut off so it doesn’t spread.

I wasn’t sure if that part is cuttable. What do you
