HELP! Powder brown tang looking super sad!

I woke up this morning and my powder brown tang was hiding in the bottom corner of my tank. I see some white spots on him (I'm guessing its ICH, as well as some spots where his color appears to be fading out) Please help identifying what he has so I can try and save him!!

While it appears as ich, the size of the spots are questioning as such and may be flukes. If flukes, some of the signs you will notice are gills will be red or swollen with rapid breathing, fish acting lethargic or swimming near the water surface, hiding in the corner of tank or behind rocks, loss of appetite, shaking its head, flashing/darting, develop clamped fins, , or scratching against objects. They may also exhibit what looks like yawning from gill irritation develop, cloudy eyes and loss of color. The dots on the eyes are how it begins.
One way to tell if Flukes are present is to give the fish a 5 minute freshwater dip in a CLEAN container with water the same temperature as display tank. Fish may appear distressed after a couple of minutes. After 5 mins, return fish to display tank.
Look at bottom of container for what looks like fish scales or sesame seeds. If you can see some, those are flukes which are actually a hook worm. Then you can go for treatment which will be praziquantel.

Respiration rate is quite high and you will want to add an air stone for increased oxygen. There is a good chance gills are inflamed and FW dip may offer TEMPORARY relief. Do Note that with respiration this high, FW dip can further stress the fish. Air stone in the dip may help but not in all cases.

If you could help by answering the questions on the link above (and the same one is in my signature) - it would really help - perhaps not for your one sick fish - but what, if anything, needs to be done for the rest that have no symptoms?

Type: Reef tank

Time up and running: 4+ years with previous owners, 2 1/2 months with myself. (Craigslist purchase where I saved all the live rock and water during the move so as not to upset the cycle)

Size: 90 gallon main display with 20 gallon sump

Filtration: Filter sock and protein skimmer in the sump

Lighting: 2 LED GLO fixtures (unknown on model #) I can attach a couple pictures of them

There was a recent addition to the tank that unfortunately did not make it, a blue hippo tang that was the size of a 50 cent piece. Not sure if this was from the same issue my powder brown is having or not. My snails and crabs are acting normal. I will do some parameter testing and update with the findings.

As others have said, the tang is breathing very fast. This is typically not a major symptom with ich. I can also see some mucus sheets coming off the fish’s back.
If the rapid breathing came on suddenly, it may well be velvet. A 5 minute FW dip may buy you some time, but may also hasten its death if it is too far gone.
A full cure is going to involve a copper treatment in a hospital tank. Other fish in your tank are also at risk. The blue tang may have brought this in on it.

I am headed for my LFS in a couple hours, need more salt mix for future water changes and it will get some items to get a QT up and going. Upon further inspection of my clowns in notice one of them has slightly hazy eyes and is staying in roughly the same area.

From the video, it is pretty clear that all fish are going to need treatment. I prefer coppersafe, but copper power or Cupramine will also work.

Welp just want to update you guys for helping me, after returning home from my LFS my powder brown was gone . Hospital tank is setup and running, will spend the evening catching all my fish and transferring them over for treatment. In the future all new fish will be spending 3-4 weeks in my hospital tank prior to going into my main display.
