Help, pretty sure my dartfish is dead shortly

So I introduced 2 new fish to my tank yesterday and royal gramma and an additional clownsfish. The gramma got along with the clownfish in qt. But now my dartfish is hiding and barely moving. Was told royal grammas are friendly, not so sure if that's true. Can't really get a video of the dartfish but the side of his body looks like it's got scratches on it compared to yesterday.

He's swimming and moving when I turn on the powerhead to get more movement/oxygen in the system. He didn't eat anything this morning which is definitely weird for him considering he's always waiting to eat.

He does seem to be struggling swimming a little bit.

My grammar was a mean one. Do they have plenty places to burrow? He might have tried to take the burrow

There's 2 Arches. I think only 1 burrow. But not sure. Definitely not a parasite or anything. He just looks like he got in a brawl. Not sure what my best course of action is.

Gramma is fine and chilling. Dartfish is hiding and didn't eat. Obviously trash timing as I have to leave for work.

Gramma are generally peaceful. When I added one with a firefish there was some squabbling at first but they figured it out pretty fast.
I’d be more worried with a clown with both of them. My female is the reason I no longer have a firefish or a gramma…

Did you see the gramma actually attack the fire fish? If not, I'm worried this is coincidental, and that something else is going on with the fire fish.

If you have an acclimation box you could put the grammar in there or maybe put the dart fish in to heal. I would definitely rearrange the tank or smooth out the burrow so they have to reclaim a place

I think they fought over the burrow to be honest. The dartfish was perfectly health yesterday. All the other fish are healthy.

Yesterday he was eating and living life. Today he looks like he went through a war.

I think I'm going to have to pick one up today. There's no way I'm getting the gramma out, that **** is so fast now and hides. Most likely will have to get the dartfish, but like I said of course I have work. So hopefully he makes it today and I can get the acclimation box home after work.

Those marks weren't there 7 hours ago either and up to this introduction all fish were very healthy and eating well. No issues.

I just don't see any ripped fins in the picture, just some generalized mucus. If it looks more torn up in person, then that could be it, but if not, I'd be worried about some sort of disease issue. Is it breathing hard or fast?

No labored breathing, just more exhausted looking. And on his skin you can see it looks raised a bit. Would a disease really show up within 6 hours? His fins don't look perfect at the moment.

I also noticed the gramma go into his burrow last night. Couldn't tell if he went all the way in or not.

Actually breathing is definitely a bit labored actually. Not crazy like he's dying for air, but a little heavier than the other fish.

Attached video of fish swimming like ****. Doesn't seem to have strength to swim well and was moreso laying on the ground/rock.

Couldn't get that in this video.
