Help, problem with Tunze skimmer

Hi, I purchased the Tunze Doc 9012. I tested it today in my tank, positioned at the right height in the tank, it started (the foamer), after a few seconds it stopped. Restarted by itself a few mins later, just to run for only 10 seconds before stopping again.

I believe the item is defective, the dealer in the country where I leave told me the foamer is defective. I contacted the seller on Amazon, better not to talk about this.

I attached a video, could you please give me your opinions?

Have you tried moving the wire in different directions, I had a bad DC pump from them.
