Help prower brown swimming weird

I just bought a power brown tang with ick a few days ago, he was doing fine for the first few days( copper( 0.5) but now it looks like hes having trouble swimming hes keeping his mouth on the bottom of the tank. What can I do to help him?

It also looks like his tail is floating up and he starts to spin trying to correct himself

The first image is as it's happening her tail starts going up and then she spins trying to correct herself

(Update) hes swimming perfectly fine now, I held off on feeding for about 2-3 days and removed the cooper out and now hes back to swimming around like normal

Thinking it mighta been a mixture of semi bladder and the cooper but im not sure,
