I came home this evening to find my porcupine puffer stuck under a pile of rocks that from the best I can tell fell on him, but nothing really seemed out of place. I was able to free him, but he is barely swimming and has these large white spots on him. I was able to transfer him to a hospital tank, but he is just laying on the bottom of it, barely moving. Any thoughts? Anything I should do to help him?
