Help pump air bubbles of and on

Hello all I need so help I have a 20g aio and I my pump in chamber 3 is of and on blowing bubbles I can’t figure out why. It’s like it will be good then a burst of bubbles

It’s sucking air from somewhere , check for leaks also is the water level too low which is spilling water causing air bubbles in the pump compartment???

Jenbob,
Just as info: my 32 Fujicube pump spewed out micro bubbles every few days. I found I had to keep the water level higher in the back section of the tank. I broke down and bought an auto top off, a Tunze 3152 and installed it in the pump section - attached to a five gal jug of RODI water. No more micro bubbles.
