Help! Purple Tang looks terrible

New Purple tang. When i introduced to my DT she was harassed by my yellow and White Tail. Came down with A ton of white spots. Suspected Ich. Moved back to QT and treated with copper. Has been two weeks and she now looks like worse. She still eats great and swims upright. Using copper power at 1.5ppm in QT.

DT tank 150gal. Total of 5 fish before the Purple.

Parameters all good.

What is this? HLLE? I’m lost. Is she a lost cause? Any help would be so appreciated!!!

As I said in the other thread, this is velvet and an infection. I’d treat in copper and spectrogram (or kanaplex and furan 2).

Copper for 30 (unless you can transfer to a completely sterile QT after 14) and antibiotics for 14.

Thank you! I wasn’t sure which section to post. I have kanoplex and furan 2 on hand so will add to copper. Sorry for the duplicate post.
