Yellow watch man goby is alive but is doing that. His colors is half way gone idk why. He’s in qt for velvet but doesn’t have any. Although that is what I would think would be the reason for the discoloration.

What treatment are you using and at what therapuetic level?
What is ammonia Level ? Fish is quite thin and moribound and as much as I hate to say has a low chance of survival. If breathing is labored add aeration.
I can assume it is not eating?
That fish looks extremely thin - I’d bet it was due to internal parasites. Did you notice any white stringy poo and did it refuse food?
Unfortunately the fish looks beyond saving at this point, but levamisole hcl works well as treatment. Metronidazole also works but needs to be fed to affected fish, which is difficult when the fish isn’t eating.
One of the telltale signs of internal parasites would also be if a worm comes out of it after death:
Pulling it out of the tank before death will greatly reduce chance of spreading, but it probably wouldn’t hurt to treat the dt as a precaution.
