Hello you awesome best of the best reef lovers! Hope you're having a great day today already!
I just wanted to touch base with the people who make this community the great place to saltwater aquariums that it is, you the members.
2016 was a banner year for R2R. We ended 2015 with a bang and it was hard to imagine how much better that it could get but 2016 was really good in terms of people coming to R2R to share and learn about this hobby that we all love so much. We ended 2016 reaching almost 1 Million visitors per month! We we're so close! This new year I want to see us hit that goal and the way we are going it may be this month!
R2R needs you and can't do it without you. So how can you help us do that?
1. The easiest thing to do is visit R2R everyday! Spend some time with the R2R family.
2. Create new threads and new posts! Post photos and get involved in the discussion.
3. Help new members and those new to the hobby feel welcome. Help them. Post in their threads so they don't feel alone.
4. Most of us use facebook. But I would ask you to post your aquarium questions, photos and discussions here and skip facebook for hobby stuff.
5. Keep your tank thread here and keep it updated! No matter if it seems like a small update, do it anyway. You'll be surprised about how many people are following your tank. Create one here.
6. Share your tank threads and favorite posts on Facebook, Google+, Twitter, etc.
I am very thankful for what we have here at R2R. We are already the most active saltwater reef aquarium forum on the planet. The vision of this forum is and always will be a place where people can come and freely talk about saltwater aquariums in a family friendly and flame free environment.
I'll keep you updated on the way to 1 Million A Month!
