HELP! Radion Connection Issues

I am looking for some help here. I have purchased 2 Radions XR15 Pros as well as an MP40QD and the reeflink for connectivity. After several hours of trying to setup my reeflink I found I have to call Ecotech on Monday and have them remove the serial number from the previous owners account. No big deal. I figured I would hard connect to them VIA USB. I have all of the programs downloaded and the driver (lights) are installed and recognized by my PC. I read the instructions on how to connect to them. The instructions state to select aquarium setup option. I cannot select this option. It physically will not let me select the tab. I can select all of the other tabs but not this one. It is very frustrating that I have purchased all of this equipment and I am having such a hard time setting them up. Even through the USB option.

Has anyone run into this before? I would really like to try and set these up today, even in a basic mode. I know they come basic out of the box but I bought them used and I have no idea what the light cycle, intensity, timing or anything is.... That way on Monday I can call and have them walk through everything else with me.

I know the reefLink is a pain to setup initially. It took me a few trials to get the mp40wes to connect to the reefLink and too many attempts to setup the reeflink and setup using a PC is the only way I know how to. There are many videos on youtube showing you how to...Watch the videos many times because any single step must be done correctly.
I also remember not being able to connect to my "aquarium". I created multiple of them because they keep going away or not usable....

You might need to call ecotech and have them walk you through step by step...
