Probably not a bristleworm. It doesn't have any spines and I've never heard of a clear bristleworm. Also I have reuploaded the video in a comment, can you see it?
Its about 1 in the morning so I don't wanna go downstairs and wake up my parent just for a good picture. Also I don't wanna risk hurting the worm. If I think I can do It tomorrow then I'll update here and let you know.

That is indeed a long worm. But for what's currently inside of my tank (35 gallons) it's probably the biggest thing in there aside from my coral.That's not a long worm, this is a long worm.(Sorry,Aussie here relating to Crocodile Dundee)

I've read that bristle worms can get to 24 inches but I didn't think I would ever see one bigger than like 5 inches come out of a tank. In all the YouTube videos about them they never look bigger than like 4 inches.This was almost a foot long when stretched out
So far I've seen a few spaghetti worms but never a worm like this. I've only seen the trails it makes in the sand and have been wondering what was making them until now.Nope.
I'm sure you'll see it again, and it probably has some friends in there with it. 90% of the icky stuff we find in our tanks is harmless so don't sweat it
They're like earthworms and can stretch and shrink.
and that big boy isnt even harmful for a tank cause its just a common bristleworm and not a fireworm, i hope im right that they dont harm anything only eat detrius and leftover foods etc.This was almost a foot long when stretched out
