Help red Dino’s with air bubbles

What is happening in my tank right now I have had this tank for 7 months and there is this red Dino algae in my tank. Probably about 3 months ago I had cyano and dosed chemiclean and that took care of the problem but now this. I have been dosing 3% hydrogen peroxide day and night for the last 3 days and it’s working a little bit. This algae is growing on my rock and sand. I turned my skimmer off and am feeding heavier. Also I do have a green algae killing machine UV sterilizer for 50$. What should I do I am stuck now. Please Somone help.

I've never seen red dinos. I suspect you are having another cyano bloom. Cyano also produces air bubbles in the mats.
