My rapid leds are getting ready for a upgrade. Been running a few years now. There on a 75 gallon tank. Just blue and whites only. There is 48 leds total. Used there kit to build it . But I want some better colors. What would a good combo be? Or I could just order 2 sboxes

The combo these days, would be to add about 6 Greens and 6 Reds to your set up, and you'd be fine.
Adding Navy Blue and Blue
Adding Soft White and Cool White

Never heard of anyone using lime. Let us know how the hyper violet looks

I was given the impression lime helps give the metal halide look without going to white or making it look yellow. I tried it on my Biocube but with the lights so close to the water had that disco ball spotlight look. Colors didn't blend well. I removed them.

Hyper violet. You mean 420nm?
Yea. That's awesome.

Pretty much been said, add a few green, teal, red and violets. I think there are 4 of each(except teal) on my 300 watt blackbox and they seem to be pretty decent. I know some run a few 3500k as well. Depends on what color whites you are running currently as well.
