Did you see any wierd behaviour before taken this video, was fish not eating or acting differently

I'm not sure what else to do I have taken him out the dt and moved to a smaller tank after fw dip I've taken some water from tank so it's a bit shallower with a temp of 28 hopefully it will pull through

I would assume tank was very small from video, I'm no expert but definitely would be be my first opinion, starvation would by number 2 assumption. Lack of water and necessary equipment to maintain an aquarium

At a guess :)

Yes, just as advice.. I would not add any live stock until you find cause of the fish death, again I'm no expert
YwH not adding anything haven't for around 2 months now it was all just so sudden don't have much luck with these thus is the 3rd since going marine

Sorry to see. I'm afraid this fish is moribund and won't survive. A variety of issues can cause this. However, the rapid breathing means the fish is unable to extract enough oxygen from the water: low dissolved oxygen, bacterial gill disease, protozoans like velvet or gill flukes.

At this point - you want to go into damage control mode to ensure your other fish are protected in case this tang has something contagious.

Sorry - this is unclear - However - your description is that of a moribund fish. Which will die. Agree with @Jay Hemdal the concern after this is the other fish
