Can someone tell me how to remove the back silver circular piece after removing all the screws? I’m assuming there’s water damage inside this unit bc of how stuck it is and how easy it was to remove from the videos online.

is there a way to use the center screw and hammer out the back side?

Please watch video for reference.

I’m pretty sure this has come up many times and the bearing is not available anywhere

Just to be sure, this is an older MP40, and not a newer QD model. If so, here is my experience redoing an MP10. Exactly the same as an MP40, but uses different bearing. And yes, regardless of what pump you're pulling apart, bearing are available. HERE is my experience in doing an MP10, with links.
