I have a slow but steady stream out of the flow restrictor to the drain, but no production out of the line. I don't currently have the DI hooked up, was going to wait until I had it up and running. I have followed the diagram for all of the tube lines, And can’t figure out where the problem is. It seems that the flow may stop at membrane coming out of the check valve elbow piece, but my understanding is that is only supposed to prevent back flow, not flow coming out. Water will flow out of the check valve when there is no tube attached to it.

I really appreciate the help, I’m supposed to be getting my tank plumbed on Sunday so I desperately need to get this figured out!

Videos don’t work on my phone from this site. Do you have the water all the way open off the tap? I would take the hose off that’s going into the RO and verify you have good flow up to that point that eliminates everything before the RO as causing the problem. Then if all is good if you can I would remove the check valve off the RO it may be defective or stuck. It may even be backwards. There should be a good flow coming out of the waste line.

Is it a new unit?
Are filters new?
What’s psi going into membrane?

Having the right PSI could be it as mentioned....hopefully your unit came with a PSI gauge on it. If not, they're fairly cheap. Should be over 40PSI or something close to think I believe...

If I remember I think 60 to 80 is common for tap could totally be wrong.

Thanks everyone for the input! I'm not sure the PSI going into the membrane, hopefully that is the only problem...but if it is weak, that will open up a whole different can of worms.
I did get the system used, it came with tank and equipment, but it was missing the attached DI unit so who knows what else is not right...
My membrane I got from my LFS is 90 gallon/d, although my RO system is only 75 gallons/d, and my flow restrictor is 300. Can any of this cause the problem? I am most suspicious it is the check valve elbow piece, because that seems to be where everything goes wrong... I feel like this should be an easy fix but I am so close to giving up and just buying a new one to save the headache.
