Hi everyone,

Per everyone's recommendation, I have gone and bought a used RODI unit for my tank. I'm a little confused on how to attach the input pipe onto my faucet. I went to Home Depot and the people there were no help. Which type of adapter should I buy based on my faucet?

Thanks

For the adapters I've seen and used way in the past you need to be able to unscrew the aerator to attach the adaptor. Doesn't look like it's possible with that faucet...

@ErjiaG what do you think?
It looks really good - sorry I'm absolutely stupid when it comes to this stuff. I'm sure your diagram is helpful enough for most people but I'm having a little trouble understanding it haha. Where do I attach the valves? All of the undersink tubing is closed off

Picture this as your ball valve it’s just a push connection only tool needed is a cutter that’s the inline valve

This is where the 1/4 tubing will go after the inline valve tools needed is an adjustable wrench

****make sure to turn off water at that valve before installing

Okay cool i think we can make this work
One moment
I'm no expert but could/would you be able to remove shower head.. and use nozzle from shower hose, .
I fear this student flat is soon going to be flooded, unless op is studying plumbing ? :)
