Does anyone know what tubing I need to use this cole palmer pump to pull water through my cal reactor for a consistent effluent drip

No idea.
Lets see if anyone else knows. :-)

Ok so I figured I need cole palmer LS 16 tubing anywhere I can buy a cheap version of it 25’ is $80 through cole palmer I really only need 10’

You need to look up that head on the Cole Parmer site to see what different sizes of tubing it accepts. Once you do that, post it here and then we could try to figure out what the comparable Pharmed BPT Tygon tubing would work as well as the associated fittings needed for quick connect adapters to 1/4” RO tubing.

Okay... size 16 tubing has a 1/8” ID, the outer diameter is proprietary info from Cole Parmer, but based on the big thread over on RC, I’m pretty sure the wall thickness of the tubing that we’re all using is 1/16”. So the Pharmed BPT tubing equivalent should be this...

My problem however, is that I cannot find a 1/8” fpt to 1/8” barb fitting to connect this John guest fitting to so you could hook up your size 16 tubing to 1/4” RO tubing.

I’ll order some the tubing you posted in the link in the mean time I’ll try find the right fitting

Yeah, the problem is they never list the OD so you can’t figure out the wall thickness. I’m pretty sure the Pharmed tubing in my link will work. The Pharmed substitute for the LS17 that everyone uses has a 1/16” wall thickness. I use the Pharmed equivalent of the ls25 tubing and it too has 1/16” wall thickness and it works fine.

The difficulty will be finding a 1/8” barb to 1/8” fpt fitting.

I could just order 2 x 1/8” npt couplings and that would work
No ?
I’m having trouble finding 1/8” barb x 1/8” npt fitting also

So I ended up finding the cole Palmer tubing on eBay for about 1/2 off and bought all the fittings I think I need will update when I finally get this thing going
