Was feeding the fish and saw that my anemone was all shriveled up and jammed itself in a rock crevice. Yesterday, he was fine and was about 2-3 inches in diameter and now he’s only about 1 inch. I don’t know what to do

How long has your tank been setup? and have you tried feeding your anemone?

My tank is about 4 months old and the anemone has been in the tank for about a month and a half. I feed it once every couple of days- I just fed it but it just spat it out

Tank is a little young for a anemone they prefer mature tanks around a year old usually. Stemming from my previous experiences with anemones they will some times deflate themselves for a few hours and inflate them selves back up. I would watch for bleaching also. A LTA I once had continued to shrink over a few months I eventually had to return him because lighting was not strong enough. If it is unhappy with light it may move or bleach so that is another sign. I would watch it and see if it inflated again or conditions worsen. I hope it works out for you, good luck.

Update: My cleaner shrimp was the culprit. Found him picking at the anemone for food occasionally and that was why the anemone shrunk. It is now fully extended again
