So doing water change today, i noticed my 10year old clown was acting weird. After some closer inspection i noticed something on its side. I have no idea how to describe it, but it kinda looks like a lump(s). I have not seen this before, and from pictures on the internett i can't seem to pin point what is wrong with her.

I have a few meds ready, so if i could get some help from you guys to ID the sickness and how to treat it it would mean the world to me.

I keeps laying on that side in the Toadstool they are hosting. So getting a nice view or pic is kinda hard.

Fish is 10 years old, gets fed 2-3 times a day. I have noticed it getting a bit thin these last days. I have not added any fish in the system this year. Its in a 60 Gallon tank, no fish bothers it. I do weakly 10% water changes.

Water parameters.
Temp: 78,8F - 26C
Salinity: 1.025
Ph: 8.0 - 8.4
KH: 7.8
Mg: 1400
Ca: 400
No3: 2ppm
P04: 0.04ppm

I am thinking bacterial as well. But not sure how to treat it. Yeah its a She, and she has been with me all over Norway. Really hoping i get get her well.

While there is absolutely no way to be certain, when I hear of an old fish with nodules, I immediately jump to thinking a granuloma due to Mycobacterium sp., fish TB. Many “old age” seen in fish end up being from this. There is no treatment.
That said, this seems to have come on very fast, and myco is a more chronic issue. You said the clown was acting weird, what was it doing?

Looks like a small impression on its' body but also appears as bacterial and Maracyn 2 would be a good treatment

The fish has been loosing weight, but i assumed it was due to me being away from the tank for one week. They still got fed, but not 2-3 times a day like i spoil them. It was acting weird like "staying" dead in the Toadstool. They do this, but not when i have my hand in the tank. And will always "wake up" if they see me.

The weight loss is another symptom for Myco. Again, I can’t say for certain, but it does seem to be leaning that way, sorry.
