Help snail inside mounth of tridacna!

Help a big snail is inside of the big tridacna, don't know how I can get it outside without hurt him!

Just let nature take its course. Once the snail realizes there’s nothing for him in the clams mouth, he’ll move out and on.

I could not see how the snail could got out alone as if he move the tridacna close. But i could take it of if took quickly both side of the tridacna and made him not close and then return it quick and the snail fall outside.this ist the third time I have snail in the tridacna, but the other time they were juste inside the shell not the mount. Don't know how I can made them not go inside. The tridacna seems to be hurth the front part of the shell isn't close anymore, probably it opened to try to take the snail outside. Hope he will recovery.

That Derasa look like it is not going to make it. If I am you, i would wedge a stick on the top of the shell to keep it open then remove the snail. I have never done it. The retraction of the mantle, and the lack of growth on the shell cause me to think that the clam is on his last leg. Good luck at what ever you do.
