HELP! Some type of algae taking over tank fast!

Hello All

I am new to the reefing community. Our tank was doing well but we suddenly had this bloom of some type of algae. At first we thought it was cool but now it is rapidly taking over the tank. Please see attached pictures. It looks like bryopsis & hair algae but am unsure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Notes:
-Dosing Kent Magnesium solution
-we have a UV filter and protein skimmer
-Calcium 430ppm & Alkilinity 8.4 DKH & Magnesium ~1500ppm

Looks like a tuft of hair algae.
How long has the tank been set up for? Did you use live rock or dry rock when you set it up? Anything in the tank die recently?

The fern like projections on close inspection seems to support this being bryopsis. How fast did that stuff grow. Bryopsis can be difficult to eradicate. Can you get a full set of parameters ?

Sorry for late response. Works been crazy. Tanks been up for a year, the bryopsis grew after a bacteria bloom I had. Grew fairly quickly. I put uv filter on which to care of the bloom but then the bryopsis showed up. I don't know my phosphate levels. I have to go buy a tester for that. My mag is around 1800ppm using tech mag currently. My calcium is 460ppm and I keep my alk around 9dkh. I used dry rock but I had a mushroom coral die on me and a montipora. New to sps, won't try again lol. I'll try to keep more up to date on this post. Again sorry late response and thanks in advance.

No phosphates and no nitrates. Just checked using api test kit
