Help source 8" to 9" diameter acrylic tube please!

I'm trying to find a good deal on a 19" section of 8" to 9" acrylic tube to create a cylinder-shaped internal overflow. White, black, or clear is fine.
Anyone have connections or supplier ideas?

For that kinda dough, I would find some scrap and practice bending it with a heat gun. PVC pipe not an option?

Can pvc be bonded securely to acrylic? The tank is acrylic.

Weld on #40. I would use a lot of clear cleaner on the pvc. This will soften the pvc for a better solvent weld. I have not bonded pvc to acrylic but I have bonded pvc pipe to pvc flat stock. A lot of cleaner on both surfaces than a good amount of weight to hold the pieces together while the cement cures.
You can google pvc to acrylic and may get some ideas.
