Help Sourcing Filter Fleece Replacement

I have a tiny automatic filter roller for my waterbox cube 20. It uses 43mm fleece rolls, but I can't seem to find replacements anywhere other than the manufacturer, who recently raised the prices by $2 a roll and shipping is over $27. Does anyone have recommendations for where I could get more rolls or how I could make them myself? I am happy to cut them to the proper length if I can find the right diameter.

These don’t specify size but you can select Waterbox in the size dropdown menu. Maybe reach out to the seller to make sure first.
