HELP!

My SPS colony has been in the tank for almost 2 months happy as a clam and all of a sudden I woke up this morning and half of the coral looks bleached. Any ideas?

So many variables in this hobby, could be a contaminant in the water or a swing in chemistry.

Can you tell us a bit more about the setup and recent water testing results.

Anything you could think of which could have contaminated the water?

Looks like RTN, not bleaching. Tough to tell from info you provided. cut off a frag to try and save some. Maybe able to still save the colony. Have to fix the issue and let it run its course.

Something obviously changed:
Alk high
Water flow issue
Ph drop
Salinity too high or low
Red bugs or other crawlers

The only thing that changed was I pointed a return at them, I didn't think i could kill an acro with too much flow (even if it is direct)
