HELP SQUARE SPOT ON CLOWN

I just got some clowns from LFS and just noticed this square spot on one of the clowns.seems healthy and eats and plays with nem.any advise is greatly appreciated. I think he's just unique but idk

the clown looks fine to me just keep watching him for now how also how long has your tank been set up

Maybe 3months.to me anyway.was someone else's and I saved them
