Help stock my new 75G! Ideas needed!

Hello,

I'm going to be setting up a 75G tank with live rock, live sand, and likely some corals (not 100% sure what type yet). As far as what to stock it with...I'm conflicted. Some of the fish I would like to have (although not necessarily in this tank) are: harlequin tusk, kole yellow eye tang, blue spotted puffer, and snowflake eel. Anybody have any good/bad stories on any of these (i.e. I would have loved to know that my pretty little blue damsel would get bigger and start fanning sand everywhere in my 29G). Any other fish suggestions to go along with any of these?
Also, how much can I stock? This part gets really confusing to a newb because one place will say a 75G is big enough for a tusk but another will say 125G min...and I won't even get into the "x" amount of inches of fish per "x" amount of gallons. I plan on having approx 100lbs live rock with a r-200 refugium/sump and a reef octopus classic 150SSS skimmer, so I can probably overstock a bit once established...but I'm not sure what I can safely get away with.

The kole tang will be fine and snowflakes are super easy. I have one myself just make sure you have a lid. I think coris wrasses are very cool. I had one for a while.

Guidelines that use x inches of fish to x amount of gallons vary and are highly inaccurate.

A full grown Harlequin tusk will be too large for a 75g.

The rest of the stock is fine.

A snowflake eel will eat cuc.

Halichoeres wrasses would work, as would a marine betta.

I would recommend a cherub angelfish. They are beautiful and don't get very large. They are, however, somewhat shy and will sometimes nip at corals. This isn't a pic of mine.
