Wanting to get a variety (maybe) of anthias for my tank. 90 gallon display. Mixed reef. Decided to order a trio of dispar anthias to start since I understand them to be a little more timid than some others. Bioload and nutrients not a problem. I already feed several times a day. Skimmer is 3x oversized and I have a lot of rock as well. Tank is almost 3 years old. Should I add a pair or trio of lyre tails also? Or should I just stick with dispars alone? I also like bartletts a lot but buying a large shoal of those at once may be a bit much to spend. I'd ideally like a variety but I'd also like the numbers to stay sustained as well

Bartletts and squammipinnis go well together, but can be a little boisterous if they outnumber the dispars to greatly. I would recommend getting a few other mellow ones, then get the squammipinnis or bartletts once there are a few variet. Randalls and pulcherrimus are good, parvirostris and smithvenezi can mix well too.
