Help!! Tank going nuts and I got green eye craps?!!

hi everyone, I have some small green eye crabs growing in my tank what the heck?

Also my corals and hammers are not doing so well.

my water is on point only thing that happened was an alkalinity spike but surely wouldn't course these problems??

Stressing me out abut but main thing is what in the earth is that crap thing?
