Help! Tank light left on tank over weekend

I have had a 10 gallon in my office for about 5 months and everything has been doing great ! This friday I accidentally bumped the timer while doing cleaning and needless to say the tank was left on all weekend . Is there anything I should do to help the tank or will it run its course on its own ?

Another question this popped up on the bottom of a rock . Anyone know what it is ?

If you don't have an algae outbreak because of the extra light or added heat, I think you're ok. I don't know what that thing on your rock is. Good luck!

Nice tank.
I forgot sometimes too, I just set back to auto. My clown fish never go up that high like yours, they always hand around the anemone only.

You should be fine. The thing on the bottom of the rock appears to be a sponge. Nice tank BTW.
