Help to id diatom or dino

Hi guys,

My tank has just completed its cycle and my rocks, sand and glass has this brown stuff on it. There are small bubbles on the rocks and sand as well.
Are these dino or diatoms?

Look like dinos to me, but cyano and some gha also will make air bubbles at times. If its brown and kinda slimy dinos would be my guess
