Help to ID yellow stuff on rock and sandbed

Anyone have an idea what the yellow stuff is and what I should do about it?

I would venture to guess that it's algae. #reefsquad what say you?

I would go so far to say green cyano.

Is it easily disturbed? Will it float away if you blow on it with a turkey-baster?

Mmmm, can't put a idea on it but algae sounds good to me.

It won't blow off the rock the one on the sand bed was able to suck up with a baster.
