Plz can someone tell me what these are growing on my rock in one of the crevices thanks

From the photo I would say either pineapple sponges or tunicates...kind of hard to tell for sure

Yeah, they look a lot like sponges. I used to have these in one of my tanks as well. They wont do any harm, and sometimes they can help by being a little filter so to speak.
