These are growing in my tank and are populating quickly. Need to I'd so I can get them under control.

While they look a bit like coral polyps, if they're springing up quickly I'm going to go with colonial tunicates growing in little clusters. Especially likely if you've got maricultured live rock and the tank is less than a year old.

Otherwise, do they feel like anything? Any hard skeleton? Any behavior? Any tentacles?
 
No just soft. Do not seem to respond to anything Turkey baster light ext. Rock is manufactured "life rock" by caribsea. Tank is about 6mon.
 
That's a type of colonial tunicate. Look up royal tunicate. It's not that exact species, but a similar one from the genus.
 
Ok, found some time to properly ID while the baby is napping.

Check out Botryllus schlosseri, the Golden star tunicate.
