Help to identify coral

Can anyone tell me the name of this coral? Where is an ideal placement for it and can I place it diagonally on a live rock?

Looks like a monti cap. Pic in white lights would help to determine actual variation.

That is a montipora, they aren't picky for an SPS, @encrustingacro can tell you more about their flow/light requirements as i don't keep SPS

Sorry is this lighting better? Also kinda moved him to sit more flat and face upward I don’t know if that does anything
