It looks like a little mushroom coral. Possibly even a Ricordea or Rhodactus?
Take care of it because they can be worth big money even when they're that small hehe.
They can move around similarly to anemones, and split like them too, as they move around, they can deposit parts of their feet where new corals propagate.
If it's attached to something it's most likely doing well and is happy. But you can get these little mushroom cages to store them in wit some live rock so they eventually attach themselves without getting lost in flow, then you can just glue what they attachto somewhere desirable.

I don't think it's attached to anything but it opens and closes where it is I don't know I might leave it for a bit and see what happens I.might just move the shell away from it for now thank you

I personally would move the shell away from it and maybe it move it off the corner so it can grow!
