Help to identify what's on my Angel?

I quarantine everything but something has slipped in my tank. I have made a mistake somewhere. My captive bred maculosus angelfish has this on her today. Any suggestions on what this is? I have had her for months and quarantined all my fish using Humblefish's methods. I also see something on one of my clowns.

Any other symptoms? Scratching, Flashing, Head Twitching? Swimming into the flow of the powerhead.

The picture of the angel isn't very clear. The clown looks to have velvet as @KJ mentioned. Sometimes early stage brook will appear velvet like on clownfish. Can you upload some additional pics?

Eating well, not lethargic. Here's some more pics of her & tank mates. Nothing new has come in the house since January.

I did get 2 urchins on April 17 but nothing else. According to @Humblefish quarantine they only need to be rinsed off with tank water.

I can't stand the thought that this is velvet. How long can velvet be dormant?

So here's my plan to treat. 2 treatment tanks one using copper & one using Cp due to each fish's needs. I prefer to use the cp but I have read my hippo and wrasse can't tolerate it. I have a 50 gal to use with the cp group and a 20 gal for copper group. Can these be close to each other since they will both be medicated?

Yes, they can be near each other. But you may want to add Metro to cover Brook or do acriflavine baths with Ruby Reef Rally. As @HotRocks mentioned, early stage velvet and brook can look a lot alike. So we like to look for other symptoms of velvet: swimming into powerheads, sensitivity to light, lethargy, not eating, twitching, yawning, etc. The more info the better to treat efficiently and quickly as both velvet and brook can kill incredibly fast.

Thank you Big G! I don't see any swimming in power heads or light sensitivity or flashing scratching. I have seen the bigger clown twitch a couple times. I have been watching closely for several hours now. This has to have come in with urchins added on April 17th. Could velvet have been unnoticed for that long? I'm leaning towards it being brook after re-reading disease & treatment threads. I have both ruby reef rally and metro on hand. Do you think it would be a mistake to try fresh water dip followed with Rally bath into metro treated clean tank?

What do you think @HotRocks ? Is it more likely to be brook or velvet 7 weeks(April 17)after urchins were added? No other fish or inverts or coral in house since January.

I feed my fish at night and everyone comes up to eat from my hand except my spotted mandarin. All of them came up to eat last night. I feed rods fish only and nori sheets with the occasional 1/2 clam. No outside live rock or equipment or anything else. I love this hobby, it's my zen. My job is very stressful and I come home and watch my tanks not TV.
