Help to identify what's wrong with my fish please.

Hi just recently had a tank move and noticed that his tail fin is damaged and he is missing a scale or two and a little hole in his nose. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Did you quarantine the clowns? Any other fish showing anything?

Yes for 2 weeks . And there's no other fish in the tank.

I would soak his food in vitamin supplements (Selcon, Zoecon, Vita-chem) to expedite the healing process. No need for a more aggressive treatment (at this time) unless things start looking worse.

Possible, but a hawkfish is pretty capable of defending itself.

Almost looks like HLLE but I've not witnessed that with a hawkfish but you can see the lateral line very obviously which I don't believe is normal?

That is one possible cause of HLLE. Worth checking into.

Just done multi meter reading and it reads 8.1v is this a problem?
