HELP!!Toadstool dying???

I just got this guy. He was upright and open when I got him put him in my tank 2 days ago never opened now his skin seems to be messing up and cap seems to have like black in the pores. All of my water parameters are good. He’s in medium flow with pretty decent light my other coral are doing fine as well.

Update he is kind of splitting at the top and developed some like darker shading on his edges of the cap. And the sinularia is still not really opening up. I place both of them with higher flow areas to see if it will help with shedding if that’s what’s going on.
