Help!! Tons of tiny bugs in my tank????

Hi has anyone ever found like hundreds of tiny bugs in their tank?? They are transparent and walking everywhere in the glass

Please let me know if the video works.

I recently put in Seachem pristine natural organic waste management drops because I’m fighting a huge ammonia problem. Could it be from that???

I looked them up oh finally some good news!!! I have had nothing but bad news... was ready to give up a couple times.
