Help! Trigger Platinum Filter Roller stopped working...

Hello WAMAS.

Anyone have experience with one of these roller filters. This unit is just a 2.5 months old and the motor is no longer turning.

I took off the filter roll and everything...seems like the motor is just not working.

I went Trigger Platinum w/ roller filter for reliability and less maintenance. If these things don't last and require constant maintenance...ugh!

I just bought one and I know they had issues with the original pump they had used. Should be a "V2" sticker on the housing.

I've read posts that state Trigger sent them new V2 pump. Reach out to support for sure!

I've reached out. My past experience says they will get back to me in 48hrs. Not the quickest support...especially on weekends.

I just got one 11 days ago. Mine has a V2 on the unit. Mine arrived on a Thursday with a broken roller support (and broken float holder). They actually got back to me via email on the following Sunday. It worried me a little that they don't make their phone number readily available. (I got my replacement parts 1 week after the sump arrived. I haven't tried using it yet because I'm awaiting a new tank).

Yeah. Really don't like that there is no phone support.

My sensors keep failing. Got replacements for basically everything - sensors, motor, etc. still have the same issue. Not a fan.
