There are many variable factors that come into play here whether it be disease or chemistry related. Lets get you back on track and address all issues. Run tank fallow for 76 days minimum for disease eradication... which you have a head start on. Now add plenty of surface area to grow beneficial bacteria, ICP test your water to ensure all parameters are correct and that you don't have an excess of heavy metals, etc that are polluting your tank. Also can you clarify if you are using RODI water?

But i wonder if you increased the salinity to 1.026 overnight if it would have been the same story.

That would be a stress event. Sudden swings in SG, up or down wouldn't be good, especially on inverts.

Making / using RO/DI water.

Red Sea reefer 250. Hydra 52 lights, gyre 230 ( I think 230...)Vortext 130 skimmer, tunze ato, kessil fuge light.

Fishing trip was a day and a half- and the next issue was caused from skimmer flooding / pushed water out of tank and onto floor and ATO kept pumping in fresh water. FYI I have not had fuge light on / turned on for pic. Thank you everyone!

Just got back from LFS / guy was nice and said my PH / salinity looked great. He said I should buy this / start adding to my ATO water. AquaVitro Eight.Four

I would recommend using Vibrant at a frequent dose. Like daily for 2 weeks then space it out.

If you have no livestock in your tank do a complete blackout for at least 72 hours. This plus the Vibrant will clear up your tank like magic.

Continue running your refugium and add pods to it if you don’t have a lot already.

Turn off your skimmer.

It doesn’t sound like a disease killed your fish. Fish can handle a quick down swing in salinity but not up.

IF YOU HAD TO TAKE A REEFING EXAM, WOULD YOU PASS?
