Hello a few of my fish are twitching and my regal angel has a few white dots on it's body . also a red spot near his tail. Ammonina and nitrite are zero. They are all eating just looking off and twitching. I've tried prazipro and it doesn't appear to be getting any better. What do you recemmond?
Can you take a look at the link below my name here, or at the top of the fish disease section, for a file that outlines additional information that is helpful for us to know about your fish's issue issue - more water water quality, how long you've had the fish, etc. A short video also helps.

The regal doesn't twitch as much. Just the red mark on it's body concerns me. The water should be good I also just changed it. Tested it and nitrites and ammonia are low. Temp about 75. Salt right in the middle of where it should be. 1.025. Anything else I can look for? The regal is eating well just seems to be swimming weird now. Have had it 3 months. The white spots up top don't seem to be bothering it. It has been there for a month or so.
I'm just not able to get a clear view of the regal in the video. I can see a red spot at the base of its tail, but nothing clear enough for a diagnosis. The spots on the dorsal fin is likely Lymphocytis, and that will go away on its own after a month or so.
How long ago did you dose the prazipro?

No - I typically dose it twice, 7 days apart, often without a water change. I was thinking if you only dosed once, it wouldn’t have been enough.
Can you describe the twitching: are they flicking their fins? Scratching on surfaces? Darting forward?
