If I wanted to dose Kalk via a dosing pump (without a Kalk stirrer) how would this look? Mix the Kalk in a bucket and feed through a dosing pump?

Yes, you just want to make sure the you allow the mixture to settle and the pump or tubing sucking out the effluent is not resting on the bottom.

I used to use the doser below connected to a float switch. The intake tubing was inserted into a 2" PVC pipe I drilled so it would rest reliably off the bottom of the ATO tank.

You could also set up a gravity feed system without a pump, but I don't like this option in fear of a siphon failure allowing the sump to over flow, or overdosing the tank.

BRS has a really good video on this. I've started out with 1/2 teaspoon per gallon and went from there. I add the kalk to my ATO and when I add more water, I just add more kalk. This seems to do the trick on assisting my alk to stay up and my pH to stay elevated too.

I do this as well and love it. Really is quite stable. I'd personally mix it to max saturation and just dose less water volume... easier on your chosen dosing pump. What's your tank volume and typical evaporation? I was able to just dose kalk up to about a 1.4dkh/day alkalinity demand and then had to start mixing in 25ml of vinegar per gallon so I could get 2.75 teaspoons of kalk to dissolve in a gallon of rodi.
