Help! Untreated tap water in tank!

I was doing a water change an added some saltwater that i forgot to treat I noticed like 10-15 minutes later and treated it accordingly. Will my beneficial bacteria and fish be ok?!?!?

Beneficial bacteria doesn't reside in the water, but in the live rock and sand. I don't think it won't effect bacteria.

How big is the tank and how much water did you swap out?

my buddy used to add tap water as auto top of water all the time and his always looked fine. it was small amounts tho as well. definitely do not recommend it but if this was a one off I think you should be fine

Like 1 gallon out of a 36 bow front. It wasn’t a regular water change just a change because I overfed.
